As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will oversee large-scale technical initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams. Your role is central to defining program scope, aligning delivery timelines, and ensuring technical execution supports broader platform evolution and business goals across both SiriusXM and Pandora services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams in delivering platform and customer-facing features, ensuring alignment with product vision and technical feasibility
- Define program requirements, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps while managing trade-offs between scope, schedule, and quality
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to shape multi-quarter roadmaps and strategic planning cycles
- Facilitate Agile practices across teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and dependency resolution
- Produce regular status updates and risk assessments for leadership, highlighting progress, blockers, and mitigation strategies
- Champion technical excellence, clear prioritization, and customer-centric outcomes across development cycles
- Influence stakeholders across disciplines to build consensus and drive alignment without direct authority
- Support scaling efforts across complex, distributed systems and evolving service architectures
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years in technical program or project management roles with cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong grasp of software development, APIs, system architecture, and QA processes
- Proven experience with Agile, SDLC, release planning, and risk mitigation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical contributors and executives alike
- Experience with automation tools and AI platforms such as chatGPT or Gemini
- Demonstrated success managing ambiguous, large-scale programs in consumer technology environments
- Familiarity with leading program management best practices and fostering team efficiency
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Background
- Scrum Master (CSM, PSM), PMP, or equivalent certification

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range is $141,000 to $179,250. Employees are eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentive awards. The organization values professionalism, cooperation, and employee contribution to its mission in audio entertainment.
