Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by gaining insight into strategic objectives and their influence on business outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate cybersecurity, Zero Trust, and product implementation projects, providing architectural direction and oversight.
- Manage complex, concurrent client requests with strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Deliver actionable product insights to product teams based on real-world customer scenarios and needs.
- Advise clients on best practices by understanding their high-level business challenges and promoting effective solution adoption.
- Conduct system health assessments, document results, and recommend improvements aligned with industry standards.
- Act as a liaison within the organization to ensure timely resolution of escalated customer issues.
- Use deep customer experience to proactively guide clients in avoiding or reducing potential problems.
- Gather performance data and generate reports to track project status and progress.
- Travel up to 30% of the time for in-person customer engagements, with additional travel for training and conferences as needed.
