Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of the frontend architecture with an emphasis on scalability, speed, and long-term maintainability.
- Maintain and advance a unified design system, including shared UI components and patterns, in collaboration with design teams.
- Increase development efficiency by implementing consistent tools, project templates, build processes, and test frameworks.
- Create, maintain, and share coding standards, architectural principles, and frontend best practices.
- Define and enforce performance targets, accessibility requirements, and visual quality metrics.
- Embed automated testing—including unit, integration, visual regression, and accessibility checks—into continuous integration pipelines.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver seamless and polished user experiences.
- Guide and support engineers across multiple teams to adopt shared systems and raise the standard of frontend development.
- Drive organization-wide efforts to modernize frontend technologies and accelerate product development.
