About the Role
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and integrations across enterprise systems. Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery of scalable software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools
- Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs
- Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure platform security and performance standards
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical designs
- Support Salesforce deployments, sandbox management, and release coordination
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering excellence across teams
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve system capabilities and developer productivity
- Ensure compliance with data governance, access controls, and audit requirements
- Document technical designs, integration patterns, and system configurations
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
- Optimize Salesforce data models and workflows for scalability and usability
- Integrate Salesforce with identity providers and single sign-on systems
- Monitor system health and performance using logging and observability tools
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes in development and operations
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline
- Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer II or Certified Application Architect
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Salesforce Sales Cloud at scale
- Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code
- Background in media, entertainment, or content distribution systems
- Experience working in agile, scrum, or scaled agile environments
- Exposure to data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA
- Track record of delivering high-availability enterprise systems
