Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing approaches for intricate microservices and full-stack applications leveraging cloud infrastructure and modern frameworks.
- Create and sustain scalable test automation frameworks that integrate directly into continuous integration and deployment workflows using modern tooling.
- Champion the adoption of artificial intelligence in testing by exploring and deploying smart test creation, failure forecasting, and dynamic test adaptation.
- Integrate ethical AI principles into quality validation, including checks for model bias, operational safety, and decision transparency.
- Work closely with development and product teams to embed quality practices early in the development lifecycle and influence engineering standards.
- Leverage telemetry and analytical methods to detect recurring quality gaps and strengthen system reliability, test coverage, and performance metrics.
- Guide technical reviews on test architecture, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentor team members in automation and AI-augmented QA techniques.
