Responsibilities
- Guide the architectural vision for key platform components, establishing integration standards and ensuring cross-team consistency
- Lead cross-functional technical decision-making by authoring RFCs and design specifications that influence logged-in product development
- Minimize dependencies by creating self-service integration models, clear interface contracts, and standardized workflows
- Drive modernization of core platform systems including access control, navigation architecture, and service interface testing
- Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to align platform capabilities with product delivery timelines
- Establish and uphold engineering excellence through DORA metrics, contract testing, feature management, and migration best practices
- Provide technical mentorship, conduct design reviews, and elevate the architectural fluency of platform teams
