About the Role

Lead the development and architecture of software applications, driving technical excellence and mentoring engineers while contributing to cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
  • Mentor junior engineers and conduct thorough code reviews
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in production systems
  • Drive adoption of best practices in testing and code quality
  • Participate in system architecture planning and technical decision-making

  • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
