The Staff Software Engineer, AI Enablement will drive the adoption of Agentic AI technologies across the organization, blending innovative AI-driven coding practices with traditional full-stack engineering to enhance development speed and empower teams.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the use of Agentic AI tools like Copilot across teams to streamline development and improve engineering efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver robust software features by integrating AI-first methodologies with conventional full-stack practices, covering backend systems, web interfaces, APIs, and databases.
  • Address complex, large-scale challenges using AI-centric approaches, creative problem-solving, and initiative, leading efforts to turn experimental solutions into standardized processes.
  • Work closely with device engineers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to embed advanced AI tools and workflows into current platforms.
  • Operate across diverse technologies including IoT devices, distributed SaaS architectures, and agent-based systems, while continuously adopting new methods and tools.
  • Serve as a hands-on developer and mentor, contributing to backend services, websites, and data systems, and leading the design of scalable, high-performance services using AI-enhanced workflows.
  • Research emerging AI technologies and establish reusable frameworks, best practices, and processes to scale AI adoption across the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience in startup-like environments with rapid iteration and ambiguity, demonstrating initiative, ownership, and the ability to deliver impactful results under pressure.
  • Proven experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as autonomous agents, vibe coding, or AI copilots, combined with strong full-stack engineering capabilities.
  • Demonstrated mindset of bold innovation, with a willingness to tackle large, complex problems and transform ideas into tangible outcomes.
  • Proficient in modern programming languages and paradigms such as Python, C#, JavaScript, distributed systems, and event streaming platforms like Kafka.
  • Emotionally intelligent and experienced in collaborating with diverse technical and non-technical teams to drive organizational transformation.
  • Possesses a builder mentality, consistently creating, iterating, and scaling systems with purpose and urgency.
  • Exhibits a bias for action, making progress with speed and measurable impact even in the absence of complete information.
