Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and maintain reliable cloud services that scale with expanding business demands
  • Make strategic technology choices that align with organizational goals while upholding security, privacy, and code quality
  • Evaluate commercial and open-source tools to guide build-or-buy decisions for new technical capabilities
  • Improve current systems by adding features and enhancing performance, reliability, security, and maintainability
  • Promote engineering excellence by advocating for best practices, refining code quality, and minimizing technical debt
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of user needs and prioritize user-centered design in all technical solutions
  • Communicate clearly and consistently within and on behalf of cross-functional product teams
  • Collaborate with experts in design, product management, machine learning, and infrastructure, with opportunities to contribute across departments
  • Provide mentorship to peers and grow through shared learning with fellow engineers
