Responsibilities
- Shape the future of financial tools by establishing a multi-year roadmap focused on account connectivity, data analysis, monitoring, and timely recommendations to improve users' financial well-being.
- Transform unclear challenges into clear, high-impact products by identifying key opportunities and guiding teams from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
- Drive measurable improvements in customer activation, engagement, retention, and lifetime value using data, experimentation, and user insights, while upholding trust and security.
- Develop secure, scalable, and compliant account infrastructure by collaborating with engineering, risk, compliance, and operations teams.
- Partner with internal teams and external financial institutions to balance speed, reliability, and risk in product decisions.
- Elevate product excellence by mentoring product talent and influencing cross-functional teams to improve decision-making and execution quality.
- Apply artificial intelligence strategically to increase team efficiency and deliver more personalized consumer experiences, recommendations, and financial decision support.
