Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy for Key Accounts, developing clear OKRs and roadmaps that reflect both the commercial opportunity and a deep understanding of what our enterprise partners actually need.
- Go deep with partners. Spend real time with our Key Account partners — grocery groups, coffee chains, fast casual operators — to understand their business model, how they measure success, and what they see as genuine value. Translate that understanding into product decisions.
- Partner with commercial leadership to develop a shared roadmap. Drive alignment with speed and transparency. Build genuine buy-in — not just agreement on paper, but real momentum behind a shared direction.
- Prove and grow the value. Build the measurement frameworks that demonstrate TGTG's impact for Key Accounts — and develop new solutions and features that expand what partners recognise as valuable in the partnership. Both sides of this matter: credibility with existing impact, and ambition for what comes next.
- Drive execution across a cross-functional team, orchestrating designers, engineers, data analysts, and commercial partners around a clear product vision.
- Leverage data and insights — commercial data, partner feedback, market signals — to sharpen strategy, identify new opportunities, and communicate progress and performance.
- Manage upward and across with confidence. Represent your domain to senior leadership in Copenhagen, make the case for resources and priority, and handle pushback with rigour and composure.
- Be the founding product presence in London. Shape what good product thinking looks like in this market, and set a standard others will want to match.
Requirements
- Multi-year experience in a Senior or Staff Product Management role — within a marketplace, platform, or technology business.
- Proven track record of delivering transformational business outcomes — not just shipping product, but demonstrably moving the metrics that matter to partners and to the business.
Nice to Have
- Grocery, coffee, or fast casual experience is a genuine differentiator. We are looking for someone who understands how these businesses operate from the inside: how they measure performance (footfall, basket size, shrink, sell-through, ROI), what their operating pressures are, and what they actually care about in a partnership. This is not a hard requirement, but candidates who have it will stand out significantly.
