- Translate technical requirements into actionable product specs
- Advocate for developer needs within the product organization
- Evaluate third-party tools for potential integration
- Manage trade-offs between developer experience and system complexity
- Support incident response by improving debugging and monitoring tools
- Champion best practices in software development toolchains
- Lead discovery efforts for new tooling capabilities
- Ensure backward compatibility during tool updates
- Coordinate release timelines with platform engineering
- Optimize performance of developer-facing systems
- Maintain alignment with security and compliance standards
