Requirements
- Passion for Design: A deep passion for Product Design, UX craft, and growth — committed to creating impactful user experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Extensive Experience: 5–7 years as a Product Designer, with at least 2 years as a Staff Product Designer (or equivalent), and proven growth design experience.
- Multi-Disciplinary Expertise: Strong UI, UX, and visual design skills with a track record of crafting functional yet delightful experiences, including advanced prototyping techniques such as progressive disclosure.
- Growth & Experimentation Mindset: Deep understanding of product metrics, user behavior analytics, and A/B testing. Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools. Portfolio showcasing experimentation work and measurable outcomes — ideally including onboarding flows, virality features, pricing pages, or subscription models.
- AI: Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies; experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences or using AI tools as part of your design workflow. A portfolio that includes examples of work related to AI-powered features, AI-assisted workflows, or experiments with AI tools.
- Data-Informed Design: Design work rooted in ideation, experimentation, and evidence — using qualitative and quantitative data to ensure recommendations are always backed by measurable insight.
- Comfortable with Ambiguity: Works at speed while maintaining quality; knows when to go deep and when to execute — action biased.
- Strong Communicator and Facilitator: Brings people together, builds strong relationships, and gains alignment across teams. Inspires through design and narrative.
- Mentorship Experience: Experienced in mentoring Product Designers, enabling them to learn, grow, and progress in their careers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Builds strong relationships with cross-functional partners across the organisation.
- Embedded Team Experience: Deeply embedded within development teams, working end-to-end from ideation to design QA — feeding and unblocking the team.
