- Own the full lifecycle of product design, integrating user needs, system workflows, and established design patterns.
- Create reusable design frameworks and guiding principles to align and support work across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.
- Mentor and share expertise across the organization to strengthen design capabilities and community practices.
