Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and deployment of scalable AI models for personalized meditation and mindfulness recommendations, as well as backend systems supporting search, user knowledge graphs, and conversational AI memory.
- Advance machine learning initiatives that transform how mental healthcare is delivered and accessed by members.
- Act as a technical mentor and role model, promoting high standards in AI/ML engineering and encouraging professional growth in engineering teams.
- Help define and evolve the architecture of AI-driven personalization systems, translating strategic vision into reliable, production-grade implementations.
- Work closely with software engineers, ML engineers, MLOps specialists, product managers, and clinical experts to deliver meaningful, high-quality features that enhance user well-being.
