About the Role
Lead and contribute to the development of scalable front-end systems using React for healthcare industry clients, ensuring high performance and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement user interfaces using React
- Collaborate with product teams to define feature requirements
- Optimize front-end performance and responsiveness
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Follow security and compliance standards for healthcare data
- Participate in agile planning and sprint activities
- Improve front-end architecture and development workflows
- Stay current with evolving React ecosystem tools and practices
- Work closely with UX designers to implement visual designs
- Contribute to technical documentation
- Support deployment and monitoring processes
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks
- Ensure accessibility standards are met
- Collaborate on end-to-end testing strategies
- Maintain consistency across web application components
- Assist in refining product roadmaps
