About the Role
This position involves leading front-end development efforts for healthcare-focused software solutions, ensuring high-quality implementation, maintainability, and alignment with clinical and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces for healthcare applications
- Develop reusable React components following industry best practices
- Optimize front-end performance and accessibility standards
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate mockups into functional interfaces
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security protocols
- Mentor junior developers on front-end architecture and coding standards
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency
- Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-facing issues in production environments
- Implement responsive designs for cross-device compatibility
- Write unit and integration tests for front-end modules
- Stay current with evolving React ecosystem tools and libraries
- Support deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows
- Contribute to technical documentation and system architecture decisions
- Work within agile sprints to deliver iterative improvements
