Responsibilities
- Develop and automate the primary enrollment forecasting system for current business, minimizing manual processes and improving forecast consistency and trustworthiness.
- Convert business planning inquiries into durable forecasting models by working closely with Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align with operational realities.
- Define and manage standards for model creation, validation, performance tracking, and alerting to transition from ad hoc analyses to a stable, production-level forecasting infrastructure.
- Enhance forecasting precision and adaptability over time by testing new data inputs, features, and modeling approaches, and applying insights from forecast outcomes.
- Serve as the lead technical expert for forecasting within the data team, guiding development practices, system design, and supporting peers working on related initiatives.
- Enable commercial leaders to focus on strategic growth areas by owning the technical execution of baseline forecasts while jointly shaping assumptions and business narratives.
