Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and improve frontend interfaces with React to ensure responsive user interactions.
- Work closely with product teams, designers, and engineers to deliver robust, maintainable software.
- Create and manage RESTful APIs that enable seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
- Utilize AWS technologies such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFront for deployment and system scalability.
- Maintain high standards of performance, security, and reliability across all layers of the application.
- Take part in architectural evaluations, support mid-level developers, and promote engineering best practices.
- Establish and guide the long-term technical direction and system architecture across engineering units.
- Lead the planning and implementation of complex, multi-team technical solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to define strategic technical roadmaps.
- Proactively detect and address enterprise-level technical risks and performance constraints.
- Promote high-quality code through standardized practices and software excellence initiatives.
- Lead technical reviews and advise on critical engineering decisions with broad impact.
- Guide choices in technology adoption, platform development, and system modernization.
- Align immediate project delivery with sustainable, long-term technical infrastructure goals.
