Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of the commercial data science strategy in collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer and aligned with Payer pillar objectives.
- Conduct forward-looking strategic analyses for the Chief Commercial Officer and top client accounts, representing the primary focus of the role.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across commercial contracts, identifying potential risks and opportunities in advance.
- Build self-serve analytics tools, clear metric definitions, and reliable data resources so commercial teams can independently access insights.
- Act as technical mentor and reviewer for data scientists on commercial projects, ensuring high standards of analytical rigor.
- Communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to executive leaders, translating them into practical business actions.
