Responsibilities
- Shape long-term product direction by uncovering ways to draw in new users and boost engagement and retention
- Guide strategic planning using data insights that reveal user behavior and unmet needs
- Define and implement key performance metrics to assess product effectiveness and business health, including necessary ETL pipelines for reliable data analysis
- Lead end-to-end experimentation efforts to generate actionable insights and inform investment priorities
- Develop intuitive, self-service data tools that empower product and engineering teams and promote data fluency across the organization
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate data insights into product development
- Amplify impact across the data science function by mentoring junior team members, refining workflows, and identifying high-value initiatives
