- Design and guide the development of core data platforms that underpin the organization's analytics and AI capabilities, including systems used by non-engineering personnel
- Act as a central technical resource bridging data engineering, product development, and machine learning functions
- Define and steer the long-term vision for data infrastructure architecture
- Amplify team productivity by establishing robust systems, tools, and engineering standards
- Take full ownership of critical system designs from initial concept through to live deployment
- Operate in a high-velocity environment with frequent deployments and rapid feedback cycles
- Contribute to the advancement of engineering practices, culture, and documentation with product-grade precision
