Responsibilities
- Analyze customer chemistry, product requirements, and business objectives to align with technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers to assess feasibility of critical chemical processes and join experimental efforts.
- Provide technical sales support including on-site visits, product demonstrations, proposals, trade show participation, and contributions to scientific publications.
- Lead factory and site acceptance testing, equipment installation, training, commissioning, and startup of reactors, dosing systems, and downstream units.
- Assist customers with documentation such as IQ/OQ planning and FAT/SAT development.
- Support troubleshooting and scale-up of manufacturing processes to achieve target performance, incorporating customer feedback.
- Act as a liaison between customer needs and internal teams including engineering, R&D, sales, support, and quality assurance.
- Communicate field insights and customer input to internal groups to inform product development and roadmap planning.
- Help create operational procedure manuals for equipment use and maintenance.
- Develop and publish application notes to guide and assist customers.
