Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI-powered features and systems into live environments
- Lead technical decisions around AI architecture, data structures, and system integrations
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to turn business requirements into scalable technical implementations
- Solve issues related to system reliability, scalability, performance, and monitoring within AI platforms
- Define and refine best practices in applied AI engineering, including agent assessment, model interpretability, data design, monitoring, and ongoing optimization
- Coach and support fellow engineers to improve AI engineering standards and technical judgment
- Participate in shaping the technical vision and roadmap for AI functionality and platform development
