Tidio is hiring a Staff AI Engineer (LLM)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of LLM-powered features in production environments
  • Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency in real-time applications
  • Collaborate with product and research teams to translate prototypes into scalable solutions
  • Evaluate and integrate open-source and proprietary language models
  • Develop robust evaluation frameworks for model accuracy and safety
  • Maintain high standards for data privacy and ethical AI usage
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in distributed AI systems
  • Contribute to architectural decisions for AI infrastructure
  • Mentor junior engineers in best practices for machine learning engineering
  • Stay current with advancements in LLM technologies and deployment patterns
  • Design pipelines for fine-tuning and domain adaptation of language models
  • Implement monitoring tools for model behavior and performance drift
  • Work closely with UX teams to ensure natural conversational experiences
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards
  • Support deployment of models across multiple regions and languages
