Responsibilities
- Deliver technical development support for large-scale web and mobile platforms
- Resolve complex software defects and implement patches using PL/SQL, Ionic, and Angular
- Evaluate, prioritize, and coordinate development support requests
- Assist QA teams in replicating defects and providing technical insights
- Produce clean, efficient code while following established coding standards
- Work closely with business analysts, testers, and product specialists
- Maintain transparent communication on issue status, risks, and priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field
- Minimum of five years of professional experience
- Background in supporting web and mobile application systems
- Proven hands-on expertise in full-stack development
- Extensive knowledge of Ionic (v6+), Angular (v16+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS
- Proficiency in Java with Spring Boot framework
- Experience in PL/SQL backend development and RESTful API integration
- Skill in reviewing software bugs, assessing impact, and delivering reliable patches
- Solid grasp of software design principles, system architecture, and performance tuning
- Agile methodology experience
- Familiarity with source control systems including GIT, SVN, or PVCS
- Effective communication with both onshore and offshore team members
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage high-priority incidents
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Commitment to enforcing coding standards and development processes
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ
- Database experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL
- Exposure to Jira, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
