Role Overview
As an SRP Assistant, you will manage the complete lifecycle of the Staff Residential Program, ensuring all activities align with client guidelines and health and safety regulations. Your responsibilities span from sourcing and applying for rental properties to overseeing move-in and move-out procedures, ensuring each property is fully prepared within agreed timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire SRP posting cycle, including identifying suitable rental properties and submitting applications.
- Act as the primary contact between landlords, occupants, and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out activities, including scheduling, documentation, and inventory verification with photographic and written evidence.
- Supervise subcontractor and internal technical team work, ensuring all tasks comply with health and safety standards and contractual obligations.
- Review leases, invoices, CPI data, and compliance documents to ensure full understanding and adherence.
- Plan and schedule appointments with occupants and service providers, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Monitor property-related works and maintain accurate reporting to meet KPIs and SLAs.
- Handle insurance claims and support risk mitigation efforts across the residential portfolio.
- Ensure all company processes, including ISO standards, risk assessments, and method statements, are followed rigorously.
- Support a strong safety culture through proactive compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and submit business reports on time, maintaining data accuracy and transparency.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with landlords, agencies, and client representatives.
- Escalate issues to the SRP Manager when necessary and participate in regular operational forums.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in commercial property management or a related field.
- Familiarity with budget preparation, financial reconciliations, and property management software systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, with strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
- Degree from an accredited institution is preferred but not required.
Work Environment
This is an onsite position based in The Hague, Netherlands. You will work closely with the SRP Manager, Facilities teams, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations across the residential portfolio.
