Responsibilities
- Demonstrated understanding of Windows OS components including Active Directory, File Shares, Windows Services, and Microsoft IIS, along with Linux operating systems and Azure Cloud platforms
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and PowerShell, with Python knowledge considered an advantage
- Implementation and oversight of cloud-based infrastructure and monitoring solutions
- Development and management of Infrastructure-as-Code using tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Familiarity with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with the Elastic Stack is beneficial but not required
- Configuration and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using technologies such as Jenkins and DevOps practices
- Creation and enhancement of automated scripts and systems for infrastructure and application monitoring and management
- Driving improvements in software solution reliability and overall quality
- Performance measurement and optimization of systems and services
- Providing operational support, including incident management and handling service requests

Shift Availability Requirements
- This position requires availability to work weekly shifts to meet 16x5 service coverage needs
- Due to international time zone operations, candidates must be available for shifts extending until 1 a.m., approximately once per month
