Responsibilities
- Design and implement cost-efficient, high-throughput test solutions for gate drivers, power stages, and isolators using Cohu DMDx, DxV, and Acco STS8300 platforms.
- Lead technical reviews for complex test interface hardware such as load boards and probe cards.
- Address signal integrity and thermal management issues in high-voltage and high-power gallium nitride (GaN) applications.
- Manage end-to-end test development for new product introductions, from initial concept to final release.
- Collaborate with IC design teams during pre-silicon stages to support design for testability and meet coverage and yield goals.
- Partner with silicon validation engineers to complete device characterization through ATE testing.
- Improve manufacturing yields using advanced statistical analysis of test data.
- Develop and deploy aggressive test time reduction strategies to lower overall cost of test.
- Serve as a technical liaison, fostering communication between design, product engineering, and OSAT partners globally.
