Responsibilities
- Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality for assigned Agentic AI customer projects, selecting the right delivery methodology (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid) for each customer context.
- Act as the primary delivery contact for customer sponsors, IT, and business stakeholders, running governance calls, steering committees, UAT readouts, and go-live reviews.
- Align Forward Deployed Engineers on integration readiness and Agent Architects on discovery and conversational design, while coordinating with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Support across the customer journey.
- Facilitate sprints and retros or lead stage-gate reviews depending on methodology, and enforce documentation standards across charters, design docs, runbooks, and handovers.
- Track deployment KPIs such as time to first agent in UAT and milestone on-time rate, and report delivery status and risk posture to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical program management, program management, or delivery management for SaaS or enterprise software
- Hands-on experience delivering solutions in Contact Center/CCaaS, UCaaS, conversational AI, IVA/IVR, or related CX platforms
- Solid grounding in Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies, with judgment on when to apply each
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with global, distributed teams
- Fluent in French and German
