NETGEAR is hiring a Sr. Systems Engineer, Enterprise - Benelux

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams, managed service providers, value-added resellers, and distribution partners to provide technical pre-sales support, including solution design, product demos, and proof-of-concept deployments aligned with enterprise requirements.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of large-scale Wi-Fi, switching, routing, security, and cloud-based networking systems for enterprise environments.
  • Deliver technical presentations to a range of audiences, including internal teams, partners, and IT decision-makers.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers, partners, and support teams to ensure seamless handoffs after sales, handle escalations, and uphold service quality.
  • Represent customer insights by collecting, evaluating, and relaying technical feedback and feature suggestions to product development teams.
  • Architect secure network infrastructures using Zero Trust frameworks, incorporating device and user segmentation, role-based permissions, and secure provisioning workflows.
  • Drive adoption of cloud-managed networking platforms, supporting features like zero-touch deployment, real-time monitoring, firmware updates, and performance analytics across distributed sites.
  • Perform detailed radio frequency planning and wireless system design using industry-standard tools such as Ekahau or equivalent.
  • Strengthen the partner ecosystem through technical enablement, training, solution development, and co-led customer initiatives.
  • Stay current with competitive offerings, technological advancements, and shifts in the enterprise IT sector.
