Responsibilities
- Implement improvements in RxCLAIM and Claim Adjudication systems with emphasis on claim processing rules and integration with other platforms
- Build and refine applications that exchange data with backend healthcare systems
- Support legacy systems through maintenance while contributing to the development of new functionalities
- Investigate, diagnose, and fix intricate issues in live environments
- Record system workflows and underlying business rules for clarity and future reference
