S&P Global is hiring a Sr. Specialist, Revenue Operations

This role is central to optimizing revenue operations by ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the Order-to-Cash lifecycle. You will manage pricing for new and renewal opportunities in Salesforce, working closely with sales teams to support strategic clients and maintain alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set pricing for sales quotes using Salesforce, focusing on high-value accounts and renewal strategies.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of starting and ending Annual Contract Value (ACV) to support reliable reporting in Power BI dashboards.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce order return rates in CPQ systems, manage service suspensions, and resolve billing inquiries including AMR PPV and Real-Time Premium exchange cases.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on revenue processes, guiding decision-making and training junior team members.
  • Oversee daily workflows to ensure timely delivery of team objectives and support cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify inefficiencies and design solutions to support new business capabilities and system enhancements.
  • Participate in data quality projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to improve system reliability and user experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine operational processes, define performance metrics, and streamline task assignments.
  • Drive process improvement efforts that enhance productivity, accuracy, and team effectiveness.
  • Support cross-departmental projects that strengthen operational workflows and inter-team coordination.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for modeling, analysis, and reporting, with strong command of PowerPoint and Word.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, including reporting and quote configuration.
  • Proven ability in User Acceptance Testing to validate system changes against business needs.
  • Strong project management background with success in delivering multiple initiatives under tight timelines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational ability, and capacity to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, client-focused approach.
  • Independent work ethic with initiative, accountability, and a commitment to high standards.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical, scalable solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across departments and levels.
