Responsibilities
- Plans and executes comprehensive security, integration, and performance testing, evaluates outcomes, and advises on corrective actions and performance improvements, collaborating with the Quality Assurance Lead and contributing to Quality Review Board recommendations.
- Leads technical test planning, defines test scope and rigor, and verifies requirement testability to ensure software compliance, including estimating efforts for integration, security, performance, functional, and automation testing.
- Manages testing teams to uphold test quality and documentation standards, ensuring software meets defined benchmarks and consistently reduces defects escaping to production environments.
- Develops and sustains organizational frameworks for performance testing and test automation, including conducting code reviews and maintaining associated automation scripts.
- Defines and manages baseline testing protocols and iterative test environments, cases, and evidence for security, performance, and system integration validation.
- Contributes to enterprise-wide test architecture strategy, offering expertise in security, integration, and automation scope to guide efficient and effective testing practices.
