Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you’ll bridge business needs with technical execution, using both declarative and programmatic tools to deliver impactful functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and declarative features like Flows and Process Builder.
- Utilize OmniStudio components—including OmniScripts and FlexCards—to streamline complex workflows without code where appropriate.
- Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable technical designs that follow Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, and team members to ensure solutions meet user needs and business objectives.
- Lead architectural discussions and contribute to long-term platform strategy and scalability.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, with opportunities to work with MuleSoft or AWS services.
- Enforce code quality and security through peer reviews and adherence to development standards.
- Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
You bring a strong foundation in Salesforce development with a proven ability to deliver solutions that balance customization with platform maintainability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least six years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Deep proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative automation tools including Salesforce Flows and Process Builder.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security architecture, and performance optimization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or cloud services like AWS.
- Exposure to additional Salesforce clouds including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Industries.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus).

Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a salary range of $146,000 to $204,000 USD, eligibility for discretionary bonuses, and restricted stock units. We provide comprehensive benefits and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are valued and supported.
