Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate logs for all office services assignments.
- Verify job tickets are fully completed prior to starting tasks.
- Carry out reprographics, mail processing, and intake duties following defined protocols.
- Follow workflow procedures to process jobs in correct sequence.
- Communicate with supervisors or clients regarding job status or time-sensitive issues.
- Deliver all assignments on time, meeting agreed-upon deadlines for receipt, completion, and distribution.
- Identify and resolve basic equipment malfunctions independently.
- Regularly handle lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manage and prioritize multiple workflow tasks efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on personal work and review output from peers.
- Supply machines with required paper, toner, and consumables.
- Respond to phone calls and emails; coordinate service requests when necessary.
- Engage with clients through in-person, phone, or digital communication.
- Comply with both organizational and client-specific workplace policies.
- Operate equipment and use supplies in a manner that supports cost efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to new Office Services Associates as needed.
