Lead the development and deployment of advanced front-end wafer process technologies across global foundry sites, both internal and external. In this role, you will serve as the central driver for technology enablement projects, aligning cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on critical milestones for high-voltage (HV/BCD), mixed-signal, and RF process platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct multi-site engineering teams across regions to implement new process technology capabilities
- Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, serving as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external customers
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, track progress, and ensure alignment with customer timelines and technical requirements
- Monitor and manage deliverables from external foundry partners, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and performance goals
- Proactively identify technical and operational risks, and lead the development of mitigation strategies
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and customer representatives on project status, challenges, and resolutions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing complex technical projects in a semiconductor or foundry environment
- Familiarity with front-end wafer fabrication processes and tools used in process development
- Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing workflows and design integration
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product design teams and process engineers to ensure technology readiness
