Colibri Group is hiring a Sr. Product Manager Education, AI & Professional Development

Responsibilities

  • Drive product vision and execution for the Professional Development and AI-based learning portfolio, with full accountability for enrollment, revenue, profitability, retention, and learner success.
  • Transform emerging AI technologies into practical, tool-based learning experiences that deliver tangible outcomes and earn learner confidence.
  • Identify and refine core customer challenges, operate effectively in uncertain environments, and make decisive product choices that generate significant business value.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle—from concept and content creation to delivery and iterative enhancement—while improving instructional quality and user experience.
  • Oversee financial performance including revenue targets, pricing models, margin goals, and key success metrics such as Net Promoter Score, course completion, and repeat engagement.
  • Leverage customer feedback and behavioral analytics to continuously shape strategy, improve offerings, and uncover new growth pathways.
  • Partner with marketing, growth, sales, and delivery teams to ensure successful product launches, effective messaging, and market readiness.
  • Collaborate across functions without direct authority to align priorities and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
  • Assess AI education platforms for potential acquisition or internal development and integrate advanced AI systems—such as Claude with Model Context Protocol—into product workflows.
  • Ensure AI applications in learning products are ethical, reliable, and effective, with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintaining learner trust.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Professional Development suite and AI Professional Development offerings, with clear accountability for business results (enrollment, revenue, margin, retention, and learner value).
  • Lead AI-driven product innovation: translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, outcome-oriented learning experiences that are not just conceptual but tool-driven and learner-trusted.
  • Define and iterate on customer problems, navigate ambiguity, bring clarity to the problem space, and make confident product decisions that deliver meaningful business impact.
  • Push value across the full product lifecycle — content ideation, production, delivery, and continuous improvement — while elevating instructional design and learner experience.
  • Own P&L outcomes for the portfolio, including revenue growth, pricing strategy, margin performance, and key metrics such as enrollment, completion, NPS, repeat purchase, and long-term retention.
  • Master customer signals: build continuous feedback loops, analyze behavioral data and learner insights, and use them to refine strategy and unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Co-own go-to-market success with marketing, growth, sales, and delivery teams — shaping positioning, packaging, and launch readiness.
  • Influence without authority across Product, Technology, Content, Marketing, and Delivery functions to align on priorities and deliver scalable results.
  • Evaluate AI education services for potential acquisition or build (buy-versus-build decisions) and integrate advanced AI tools (including Claude with Model Context Protocol) into workflows.
  • Ensure responsible, ethical, and effective use of AI in education products, with strong emphasis on quality, reliability, scalability, and learner trust.
