Colibri Group is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution. You will define and deliver key product initiatives that align with our business objectives and user needs.
What You'll Do
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area
- Translate business goals and user research into detailed product requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle
- Define and analyze key performance metrics to guide product decisions and iterations
- Drive the go-to-market strategy and feature rollout in collaboration with marketing and sales
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience in a software/SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a product lifecycle from discovery to launch
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams
