Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from concept to execution
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout development
- Define and maintain design systems and UI standards
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Iterate on feedback from users and team members
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in design solutions
- Balance business goals with user needs
- Advocate for design best practices across the organization
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior designers and support team growth
- Translate complex problems into simple, elegant interfaces
- Drive consistency across multiple product surfaces
- Participate in product planning and roadmap discussions
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience in cybersecurity or privacy-focused products
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Background in behavioral research methods
- Experience leading design sprints
- Track record of shipping consumer-facing products
- Knowledge of motion design principles
- Experience working with remote teams
- Understanding of data privacy principles
