About the Role

Responsibilities
- Analyze pharmacy claims and utilization patterns

- Develop customized reports for client review and discussion
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for improvement
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends impacting pharmacy benefits
- Support the implementation of new plan designs or modifications
- Evaluate pharmacy network performance and savings opportunities
- Interpret clinical data to inform benefit strategy
- Work cross-functionally with account management and analytics teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in benefit design
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy benefit management tools
- Assist in responding to client RFPs and renewal discussions
- Track key performance indicators for client programs
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through formulary analysis
- Support audit processes related to pharmacy benefit performance
- Provide guidance on specialty pharmacy benefit components
- Evaluate the impact of drug pricing changes on client plans
- Develop educational materials for client onboarding and training
- Use data visualization tools to present findings clearly
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and analyses
- Stay current with healthcare policy developments
- Ensure data confidentiality and security protocols are followed
- Contribute to process improvements within the consulting team
