Responsibilities
- Lead strategic change initiatives that drive business transformation, build leadership capability, improve organizational performance, and enable sustainable change.
- Design and deploy change strategy and plans, communication, and training plans to ensure changes to structures, roles, processes, and behaviors are effectively adopted and sustained.
- Design and deliver client-focused solutions that enhance team performance, build leadership capability, enable sustainable change, and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with clients and internal consulting teams to assess organizational needs, develop strategies and implement interventions that align with business objectives and improve performance.
- Leverage deep expertise to create innovative solutions to common leadership/team challenges, including workshopping and facilitation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- 7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment

Nice to Have
- Progressive experience supporting increasingly complex clients and programs; management consulting experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Education, Business, Organizational Development, or related field, or 8+ years of equivalent experience
- Experience supporting organizational design, operating model, or organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively at all organizational levels
- Collaborative, team oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel ~ 25%, based on client or project needs
