Responsibilities
- Process producer payroll accurately and on time using both on-premise and cloud-based systems for various clients
- Handle milk and component weight data, including input and discrepancy resolution in internal systems
- Verify payments comply with Federal Order rules, including formulas, pricing, lab results, and weight records, while maintaining documentation for audits
- Perform account reconciliations and manage billing tasks related to processing plants
- Act as the primary point of contact for all payroll stakeholders, including producers, assignees, laboratories, field representatives, and supervisors
- Collaborate with Federal Order Marketing Administrators to support client needs
- Detect operational issues, investigate root causes, evaluate solutions, and record outcomes
- Create standard operating procedures, training guides, and process documentation
- Provide advanced-level payroll support across all company clients as part of the Tier II team
- Collaborate with technology, customer service, and account management teams to resolve complex issues
- Support key performance metric reporting and contribute to strengthening client relationships
