Responsibilities

- Oversee budget allocation for maximum ROI
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, LTV, and ROAS
- Partner with creative teams to produce high-converting assets
- Evaluate new marketing platforms and technologies
- Scale successful pilot campaigns across regions
- Ensure brand consistency in all growth initiatives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with sales and product teams
- Drive customer retention and lifecycle marketing efforts
- Implement marketing automation workflows
- Monitor competitive landscape and adapt strategy accordingly
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage external agency relationships
- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations
