Responsibilities
- Lead a group of DevOps engineers in adopting industry best practices and developing creative technical solutions
- Foster a cooperative, high-achieving team environment and guide less experienced team members
- Work closely with product managers, software developers, security specialists, and other stakeholders to align platform goals and priorities
- Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code systems using technologies such as Terraform and Helm Charts
- Oversee the effective deployment and administration of cloud infrastructure across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure
- Monitor systems, resolve issues, and improve the performance of DevOps tools and platforms
- Build and refine CI/CD pipelines to accelerate and stabilize software release cycles
- Keep current with evolving technologies and assess emerging tools and methodologies to strengthen DevOps operations
- Lead initiatives to improve workflows and promote modern DevOps practices
- Partner with security teams to embed security measures within development and deployment pipelines
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system designs, operational procedures, and configurations to ensure reliability
