About the Role

Shape the future of sales operations in the EMEA region by aligning global strategies with local market dynamics. This leadership role is central to optimizing sales performance through analytics, planning, and operational excellence within a specialized technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual sales planning and go-to-market design, ensuring effective deployment of quotas, territories, and account structures across direct sales teams
  • Develop and manage sales compensation models that激励 performance and support ambitious revenue goals
  • Use advanced data analysis to identify trends, forecast risks, and uncover growth opportunities—delivering strategic recommendations to senior leaders
  • Enhance sales productivity by streamlining processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and evaluating new technologies for the global sales toolkit
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure localized execution while maintaining consistency and accuracy in reporting and dashboard systems

What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading sales operations with a focus on performance management, quota design, and data-informed decision-making

  • Skilled at influencing across functions and levels in a global organization
  • Experience designing and managing incentive compensation frameworks and sales planning processes

Technology Environment

Work Model

This is a hybrid role based in the UK, with office locations in Leeds, London, and Newcastle. Flexible remote work options are available, with approximately 20% travel expected.
