Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in accounting operations or a mix of public accounting and industry roles
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and system initiatives in a live operational setting
- Practical experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, including user acceptance testing and deployment support
- Thorough knowledge of the close process, including reconciliations, subledger processes, and close cycle mechanics
- Experience managing business initiatives from start to finish, including stabilization periods and transitioning to business as usual
- Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
- Experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting operations across AP, AR, GL, Treasury, and Inventory
- Ability to identify operational root causes and design practical solutions
- Familiarity with data quality issues affecting reconciliations and close reporting
- Solid understanding of internal controls within accounting processes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Ability to drive accountability and progress across teams without direct authority
- Clear communicator who can simplify complex operational issues for both accounting and non-accounting audiences
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations with a bias toward action and follow-through

Compensation
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. This position is also eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
