The Sr Lead Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving end-to-end Salesforce multi-cloud implementations by aligning business objectives with technical solutions. This role requires deep expertise in both functional business processes and technical architecture across Salesforce Clouds, including Sales, Service, Marketing, Community, and industry-specific clouds such as Health and Financial Services. The consultant leads requirement gathering workshops, translates business needs into scalable system designs, and ensures seamless integration across platforms. They act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, guiding solutioning, configuration, customization, and testing efforts while adhering to best practices in security, performance, and maintainability. With a strong emphasis on collaboration, the role works closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions on time and at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirement elicitation workshops and produce comprehensive documentation.
- Support the creation of test strategies and manage quality assurance and user acceptance testing cycles.
- Develop training content and deliver sessions for stakeholders and end users.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of IT experience, including at least 8 years focused on Salesforce platforms with multi-cloud expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystems including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and other Clouds.
- Ability to act as an intermediary between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience working across various Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, CPQ/Billing, FSL, FSC, Health, Education, Experience, and Marketing Clouds, as well as AppExchange solutions.
- Proven track record in leading requirement gathering and documentation efforts.
- Experience contributing to test planning and execution during QA and UAT phases.
- Skilled in analyzing business needs and translating them into scalable technical designs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with stakeholders across levels.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and iterative development practices.
