Shape strategic customer outcomes through data-driven storytelling. In this role, you'll bridge analytics and business impact by transforming intricate datasets into clear, executive-ready insights that guide client decision-making. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Account Management, Customer Development, and Product teams to build compelling narratives that demonstrate measurable value and support long-term customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to design customized reporting that aligns with client goals and highlights program effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client analytics and benefits teams, ensuring insights inform population health and cost management strategies.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting templates using BI tools, reducing manual processes while increasing scalability.
- Analyze customer data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, then connect findings to broader product capabilities and strategic recommendations.
- Partner with internal data teams to ensure reporting infrastructure is accurate, efficient, and built on reliable models.
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of experience in analytical roles, ideally within SaaS, healthcare, or consulting, with direct interaction with clients or stakeholders.
- Strong technical skills in SQL and business intelligence platforms, with a track record of querying and interpreting complex data.
- Excellent communication abilities—able to distill technical findings into accessible, persuasive narratives for non-technical leaders.
- Proven experience advising on business strategy through data, with a consultative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Statistics, Finance, or Business Analytics.
