BrightSpring Health Services is hiring a Sr Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

  • Builds strong alignment with business objectives, financial metrics, and operational focus areas to guide leadership in talent and organizational decisions
  • Serves as a trusted advisor by combining business insight, data analysis, and forward-thinking strategy to influence executive choices
  • Designs and implements comprehensive talent strategies, including workforce planning, leadership development, and succession pipelines
  • Evaluates overall organizational health to detect systemic challenges and leads cross-functional improvements in structure, culture, and capabilities
  • Uses advanced analytics on turnover, engagement, performance, and productivity to uncover root causes and improve business results
  • Leads organizational design projects involving reporting structures, role definitions, team configurations, and operating models
  • Champions major change initiatives by ensuring stakeholder alignment, clear communication, and long-term adoption
  • Drives enterprise-wide and business-specific improvements to enhance employee experience, team performance, and organizational effectiveness
  • Advises on complex employee relations issues, collaborating with legal when needed to balance operational needs and risk management
  • Works closely with HR Centers of Excellence in compensation, talent acquisition, employee relations, and learning to deliver scalable HR solutions
  • Coaches and supports other HR business partners to strengthen team capabilities and ensure consistent practices across the organization
